Renting Adagio Villa
Renting a villa is one of the least expensive ways to enjoy any location but even more so in the tropics; offering families and groups the best value and greatest freedom for their traveling dollar. If you have a special request for a period not indicated in the Rental Rates section, please email Brian MacDonald at bjmacdonald@rogers.com. Low season rates for a seven day period are indicated in the Rate Schedule, however shorter rental periods are available during the summer season as are longer periods any time of the year on a prorated basis. Please contact the owners to check on availability for your planned vacation.

All Rates in US Dollars for a Seven day period – Rates do not include a 7% BVI government tax and a 12% service fee for daily maid service - Babies using a crib do not count as a "person" in determining rental occupancy rates.

Reservations:
To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required and must be received within 14 days. Payment in US Funds may be made by Certified Personal checks or International Money Orders/Bank Drafts sent via Federal Express or Canadian or US Postal Service. The full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations occurring:
61 days or more prior to date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee
45-60 days prior to date of arrival = 50% cancellation fee
45 days or less prior to date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee.
Additional Notes Regarding Cancellations:
All Cancellations must be received in writing.
In the event of your cancellation, and if the owners are able to re-book your EXACT rental dates, a cancellation fee of 20% is still charged. There are no refunds for late arrivals or premature departures. The owners are pleased to credit you for a future booking taken within one year if a cancellation is necessary.
Our ability to re-book canceled dates is influenced by the amount of notice received, the time of year and the demand from other vacationers.
You may wish to obtain trip cancellation insurance, available through your airline or through various private insurance companies.
Damage Deposits:
A credit card imprint is required at check-in as a Damage Deposit. Kelly McCune is the resident manager at
Mahoe
Bay and maintains an office next to the tennis courts.
